We have a 14-day refund policy. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.

We do not do returns or exchanges!

You will need to contact us with a valid reason for a refund.  Please be prepared to provide pictures if asked.

To request a refund, please contact us at Mistyscents4@gmail.com and let us know why you would like a refund of the item.  We will respond within 48 hours.

Refunds (if applicable)
If your refund is approved, we will send you an email to notify you of when we will process your refund. The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders are shipped within 2 business days of receiving the order, as long as the product is in stock.  

If the product is made to Order allow 4 - 5 business days to ship.

**Orders placed during the summer will be shipped Monday - Wednesday, depending on when the order was placed.**

WHY IS MY ORDER BEING SHIPPED IN DIFFERENT PACKAGES?
If you have a multi-item order, depending on size, each item may be shipped in separate packaging.  Alternatively, if an item is popular and on a bit of a backorder, we might ship your items at different times, in different packages, to prevent holding up your order and to get it to you as fast as possible!
